8.1 All employees, suppliers and partners of Filbet- Technical Facility Services, Lda. must respect this Code.

8.3 This Code will be reviewed periodically to ensure its relevance and compliance with legislation and best practice.

Final Provisions
This Code of Conduct and Ethics shall come into force on the date of its approval by the Board of Directors. Filbet- Technical Facility Services, Lda. and will be widely disseminated to all employees, partners and stakeholders.
