Facility Services, Lda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> assumes a commitment to ethics, transparency and compliance with Portuguese legislation, namely <\/span><b>Law No. 93\/2021, of December 20<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers of violations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The purpose of this policy is to create a safe and confidential mechanism for reporting irregularities, ensuring that whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> POLICY OBJECTIVES<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish clear procedures for reporting irregularities within the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure whistleblower protection against retaliation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure proper investigation of reported irregularities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with applicable legislation in Portugal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> POLICY TARGET AUDIENCE<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy applies to all employees, suppliers, subcontractors and other interested parties that maintain a relationship with the <\/span><b>Filbet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> IRREGULARITIES COVERED<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following situations, among others, may be reported:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corruption and bribery;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial fraud;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of occupational health and safety standards;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conflicts of interest;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moral or sexual harassment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other illegal or unethical behavior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> IRREGULARITIES COMMUNICATION CHANNELS<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Filbet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provides the following channels for submitting complaints:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Email<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <a href=\"mailto:etica@filbet.pt\">etica@filbet.pt<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Letter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Sent to the company's registered office.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>In person<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: By appointment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reports will be treated confidentially, ensuring the protection of whistleblowers.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> PROTECTION OF WHISTLERS<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the terms of <\/span><b>Law n.\u00ba 93\/2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, whistleblowers are protected against any form of retaliation, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dismissal or suspension;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adverse changes in working conditions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Threats or intimidation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Filbet<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> undertakes to ensure that no reprisals will be taken against good faith whistleblowers.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT PROCESS<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reception and Registration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: All complaints are recorded and evaluated by the Compliance Department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Preliminary Analysis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The seriousness and veracity of the complaint are determined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Internal Investigation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: If necessary, a detailed investigation is conducted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Corrective Measures<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: If the complaint is confirmed, appropriate sanctions are applied.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Closing and Archiving<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Complaints and respective conclusions are documented and archived for the legal period of 5 years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> DATA RETENTION<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reports and information collected will be treated in accordance with the <\/span><b>General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, being stored in a secure system for the minimum period legally required.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> POLICY REVIEW<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy will be reviewed annually or whenever there are
