sector.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It aims to ensure ethical, responsible behavior aligned with the best practices and legal obligations applicable in Portugal, promoting the trust of customers, partners, employees and society in general.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4><b> Core Values<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 <\/span><b>Integrity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act with honesty, transparency and fairness in all professional relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 <\/span><b>Responsibility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strictly comply with deadlines, quality standards and commitments made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 <\/span><b>Sustainability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote practices that respect the environment, health and safety, ensuring the minimization of the environmental impacts of the company's activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4 <\/span><b>Respect<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treat all people with dignity, equity and respect, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, age, nationality or sexual orientation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Legal Compliance<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filbet- Technical Facility Services, Lda<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Portugal, including occupational safety standards&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); color: var(--porto-body-color); letter-spacing: var(--porto-body-ls,0);\">(Law No. 102\/2009, among others), environmental and tax legislation, and public procurement rules, where applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 All employees and partners are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws and regulations relevant to their roles.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Customer and Supplier Relations<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 <\/span><b>Clients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide clear, complete and accurate information about services and products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the confidentiality of customers' personal or commercial data, in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond to complaints efficiently and fairly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 <\/span><b>Suppliers and Subcontractors<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select suppliers and subcontractors based on objective criteria of quality, price and compliance with ethical and legal standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish fair and transparent contracts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor subcontractor practices, requiring compliance with safety and ethics standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Labor Practices<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 <\/span><b>Equal Opportunities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote an inclusive environment, ensuring equal opportunities in recruitment, career progression and training processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2 <\/span><b>Health and Safety at Work<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strictly comply with safety standards, with particular attention to the specificities of civil construction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide ongoing safety training and make available the necessary personal protective equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3 <\/span><b>Combating Harassment and Discrimination<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adopt a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, abuse or discrimination in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Environmental Management<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Implement sustainable practices, including efficient resource management, waste control and carbon footprint reduction in all company activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2 Comply with environmental legal requirements, such as those contained in Decree-Law No. 178\/2006 (waste management) and Decree-Law No. 151-B\/2013 (environmental impact assessment).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Business Conduct and Anti-Corruption<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 <\/span><b>Fight Against Corruption<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prohibit and prevent corrupt practices, bribery or undue favoritism in all company activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adopt internal procedures to monitor and report potential illicit practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2 <\/span><b>Conflicts of Interest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid situations that may generate conflicts of interest and always act in the interest of the company and the parties involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3 <\/span><b>Offers and Benefits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not accept or offer gifts, favors or benefits that could inappropriately influence decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h4><b> Communication and Reporting<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 <\/span><b>Internal and External Transparency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate clearly, honestly and transparently with all stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2 <\/span><b>Whistleblower Channel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide a secure and confidential channel so that employees or third parties can report any violations of this Code or illegal practices.
